1. 성상 : 타원형 이중층 정제로, 상층은 회색 또는 황갈색 반점이 있는 베이지색이고 하층은 갈색 반점이 있는 연녹색이며, 상층과 하층은 서로 붙어 있어 분리되지 않아야 한다.
2. 마그네슘 : 표시량 (450 mg/1,200 mg)의 80~125%
3. 붕해시험 : 2시간 이내에 완전 붕해되어야하며, 베이지색과 연녹색의 붕해시간은 최소 30분 차이 나야합니다.
