2)공액리놀레산함량(%) : cis-9, trans-11 CLA, trans-10, cis-12 CLA, cis-9, trans-11 CLA, trans-9, trans-11 CLA 각 이성체의 합계량으로 표시량(1,001mg/1.3g, 1회 섭취기준)의 80.0~120.0%

3)cis-9, trans-11 CLA, trans10, cis-12 CLA 함량(%) : 공액리놀레산 함량 중 90.0% 이상 이어야 한다.

4)납(mg/kg) : 3.0 이하이어야 한다

5)카드뮴(mg/kg) : 1.5 이하이어야 한다

6)총비소(mg/kg) : 5.0 이하이어야 한다

7)총수은(mg/kg) : 0.5 이하이어야 한다

8)대장군균 : 음성이어야 한다

9)붕해 : 20분 이내이어야 한다.
