2. EPA와 DHA의 합(%) : 표시량(250mg/1.007g, 1회 섭취기준)의 80.0~120.0%
3. 비타민E(%) : 표시량(3.0mg a-TE/1.007g, 1회 섭취기준)의 80.0~150.0%
4. 납(mg/kg) : 3.0 이하이어야 한다.
5. 카드뮴(mg/kg) : 1.0 이하이어야 한다.
6. 수은(mg/kg) : 0.5 이하이어야 한다.
7. 대장균군 : 음성이어야 한다.
8. 붕해 : 20분 이내이어야 한다.
