- 이 약은 유당(젖당)을 함유하고 있으므로, 갈락토오스 불내성(galactose intolerance), Lapp 유당(젖당)분해효소 결핍증(Lapp lactase deficiency) 또는 포도당-갈락토오스 흡수장애(glucose-galactose malabsorption) 등의 유전적인 문제가 있는 환자에게는 투여하면 안 된다.

What it's for
이 약은 위·십이지장궤양, 위염, 위산과다와 산증의 개선과 요산배설의 촉진, 통풍발작의 예방에 사용합니다.
How to take it
성인은 탄산수소나트륨으로서 1회 0.5~1 g, 1일 3~5 g을 복용합니다. 또한 연령, 증상에 따라 적절히 증감하십시오.
Warnings
나트륨 섭취 제한을 필요로 하는 환자(고나트륨혈증, 부종(부기), 임신중독증, 방광결석, 고혈압환자 등), 갈락토오스 불내성, Lapp 유당분해효소 결핍증 또는 포도당-갈락토오스 흡수장애 등의 유전적인 문제가 있는 환자는 이 약을 복용하지 마십시오.

심한 소화관궤양, 신장애(신장장애), 심기능장애, 폐기능장애, 저클로르성알카리증 등의 전해질실조 환자는 신중히 투여하십시오.
울혈성심부전, 부종(부기) 또는 나트륨정체 뿐만 아니라 감뇨증 또는 무뇨증 환자는 주의하여 투여하십시오. 과산증(위산과다증)에 투여할 때에는 식전 공복(빈 속)에 투여하며 탄산가스의 자극을 적게하기 위하여 다른 제산제와 배합하여 투여하십시오.
Side effects
알카리증, 나트륨 축적에 의한 부종(부기) 등 대사이상과 때때로 위부팽만, 트림, 드물게 위산의 반동성 분비가 나타나는 경우 의사 또는 약사와 상의하십시오.
