Indications (approved label)
일차적 퇴행성 질환 또는 뇌혈관 질환에 의한 이차적 퇴행성 질환
Dosage and administration (approved label)
아세틸-L-카르니틴으로서 1회 500 mg을 1일 2 ～ 3회 경구투여한다.
Precautions (approved label)
1. 다음 환자에는 투여하지 말 것.
이 약에 대해 과민반응을 나타내는 환자
2. 이상반응
이 약의 복용 시 드물게 흥분작용이 나타나는 경우가 있으나 체내의 약용량이 감소함에 따라 이런 증상은 바로 소실된다.

이 약을 복용한 환자에게서 발진, 두드러기, 안면부종이 보고되었다.
이 약을 복용한 요독증 환자에게서 경증의 근무력증이 보고되었다.
3. 상호작용
다른 약물과의 상호작용은 없는 것으로 알려져 있다.
4. 임부 및 수유부 등에 대한 투여
동물실험에서의 태아독성은 보고된 적이 없지만 임신 초기 3개월 기간과 수유기의 여성은 꼭 필요한 경우에만 의사와 감독하에서 복용할 것 .
