Indications (approved label)
우울증
Dosage and administration (approved label)
S-아데노실-L-메티오닌으로서 1회 100~200mg, 1일 2회 15~20일간 정맥 또는 근육주사 한다.
이 약은 사용할 때 첨부된 용제에 용해하여 사용한다.
Precautions (approved label)
1. 다음 환자에는 투여하지 말 것.
1) 이 약 또는 이약의 구성성분에 과민반응이 있는 환자
2) 정신분열증 환자
3) 양극성장애 환자
4) 소아
5) 임부 또는 임신하고 있을 가능성이 있는 여성 및 수유부
6) 호모시스틴뇨, 고호모시스틴혈증 환자

2. 이상반응
1) 과민반응 : 안면부종, 혀와 후두 내부의 경직, 천식성호흡곤란, 빈맥(빠른맥), 급격한 혈압강하, 쇼크가 나타날 수 있다.
2) 소화기계 : 때때로 위장관 불쾌감, 구역, 구토, 경미한 복부통증, 위장관 출혈, 드물게 변비, 복부팽만감, 소화불량이 나타날 수 있다.
3) 피부 : 발진, 가려움, 두드러기가 나타날 수 있다.
4) 기타 : 때때로 수면장애, 드물게 구강건조증, 두통, 피로가 나타날 수 있다.
5) 투여부위 : 정맥주사 시 일시적인 자극증상, 드물게 국소발진, 정맥염이 나타날 수 있다
3. 일반적 주의
25세 미만에서 항우울제를 투여 받은 경우 위약에 비해 자살행동의 위험이 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 65세 이상에서의 투여 및 이 약의 장기 병용에 대한 충분한 임상 자료는 없다.
4. 임부 및 수유부에 대한 투여
1) 임신 중의 투여에 대한 임상경험이 충분하지 않으므로 투여하지 않는다.
2) 모유 중으로의 이행여부가 알려져 있지 않으므로 투여하지 않는다.
5. 적용상의 주의
1) 정맥주사 시 천천히 주사한다.
2) 정맥주사 시 칼슘염 화합물과 배합금기이다(pH를 8이상으로 상승시킬 수 있다).
6. 보관 및 취급상의 주의사항
수송이나 보관도중 용기에 금이 가거나 장기간 열에 노출되어 변색이 된 것은 교환하여 사용하는 것이 바람직하다.
