Indications (approved label)

1. 다음 질환에 의한 말초순환장애 : 고혈압, 메니에르증후군, 폐색성혈전혈관염(버거병)

2. 갱년기장애, 망맥락막의 순환장애에 의한 여러 증상의 개선

Dosage and administration (approved label)

1일 30-150 I.U.를 3회 분할하여 경구 투여한다. 연령, 증상에 따라 적절히 증감한다.

1. 다음 환자에는 투여하지 말 것.

이 약은 유당을 함유하고 있으므로, 갈락토오스 불내성(galactose intolerance), Lapp 유당분해효소 결핍증(Lapp lactase deficiency) 또는 포도당-갈락토오스 흡수장애(glucose-galactose malabsorption) 등의 유전적인 문제가 있는 환자에게는 투여하면 안 된다.

2. 부작용

1) 과민증 : 때때로 발진, 드물게 가려움 등이 나타날 수 있으므로 이러한 경우에는 투여를 중지한다.

2) 순환기계 : 드물게 심계항진이 나타날 수 있다.

3) 소화기계 : 때때로 위부불쾌감, 구역, 구토, 식욕부진, 상복부통, 설사, 변비 등이 나타날 수 있다.

4) 기타 : 때때로 열감, 드물게 두통, 두중, 졸음, 권태감 등이 나타날 수 있다.

3. 고령자에 대한 투여

일반적으로 고령자는 생리기능이 저하되어 있으므로 감량하는 등 주의한다.
