Indications (approved label)
산소운반능과 적혈구의 보충이 요구되는 정상혈액량을 가진 빈혈환자의 치료에 사용한다. 특히 수혈로 인한 발열성 비용혈성 수혈반응의 예방, HLA 동종면역의 예방, 백혈구 내에 존재하는 거대세포바이러스 감염 전파의 예방을 위해 사용한다.
Dosage and administration (approved label)
1. 수혈세트를 사용하여 정맥으로 투여한다.
2. 사용량은 임상소견과 원인에 따라 결정된다.
Precautions (approved label)
1. 혈액형을 확인하고, 변색 및 용혈, 용기 파손 등의 이상 유무를 확인한 후 수혈해야 한다.
2. 수혈로 인한 부작용으로 오한, 발열 및 알레르기성 반응이 나타날 수 있으며, 수혈전파성감염이 있을 수 있다.

3. 자주 혈소판 수혈을 받을 경우 혈소판농축액에 포함된 백혈구의 조직적합성 항원에 의해 동종면역이 생겨 HLA 적합 혈소판을 수혈해야 하는 상태에 이르기도 한다.
