Indications (approved label)
재생불량성빈혈 환자나 조혈기능이 저하되고 심한 백혈구감소증 등을 동반한 감염으로 항생제의 투여에도 반응이 나타나지 않는 경우에 사용한다.
Dosage and administration (approved label)
1. 수혈세트를 사용하여 정맥으로 투여한다.
2. 사용량은 임상소견과 원인에 따라 결정된다.
Precautions (approved label)
1. 혈액형을 확인하고 변색 및 용혈, 용기파손 등의 이상 유무를 확인한 후 수혈해야 한다.
2. 수혈로 인한 부작용으로 오한, 발열 및 알레르기성 반응이 나타날 수 있으며, 수혈전파성감염이 있을 수 있다.
