Indications (approved label)
A형 혈우병, 폰빌레브란트(vWD), 선천성 혹은 후천성 섬유소원 결핍증, 혈액응고 제Ⅷ인자 결핍증, 그리고 산과적 합병증 또는 파종혈관내응고증 등 섬유소원의 소모와 관계된 질환들에 사용된다.
Dosage and administration (approved label)
1. 수혈세트를 사용하여 정맥으로 투여한다.
2. 사용량은 임상소견과 원인에 따라 결정된다.

1. 혈액형을 확인하고, 변색 및 용혈, 용기 파손 등의 이상 유무를 확인한 후 수혈해야 한다.

2. 동결침전제제는 혈액응고 제VIII인자 , 섬유소원, 폰빌레브란트인자 또는 혈액응고 제XIII인자 이외의 혈액응고인자 결핍증에 사용하면 안된다. 항-A 및 항-B 동종응집소가 존재하므로 가능한 한 ABO적합 동결침전제제를 사용하여야 한다.
3. ABO 부적합 동결침전제제를 대량 수혈할 경우 드물게는 용혈을 일으킬 수 있으며, 소량 수혈할 경우에도 직접항글로불린검사가 양성으로 나올 수 있다.
4. 동결침전제제를 사용하는 경우에도 간염이나 후천성면역결핍증에 감염될 가능성은 있다.
5. 동결침전제제를 대량으로 투입하면 환자의 섬유소원 농도가 크게 증가되어 고섬유소원혈증을 유발시켜 혈전색전증(thromboembolism)을 초래할 수 있으므로 대량주입 시 섬유소원 농도를 추적 감시해야 한다.
6. 투여하기 전에 동결침전제제를 30~37℃에서 해동하여 1시간 이내에 사용하여야 하고, 20~24℃보관 시에는 6시간까지 사용가능하다.
