주로 혈액응고인자의 보충을 위해 사용한다.
Dosage and administration (approved label)
1. 수혈세트를 사용하여 정맥으로 투여한다.
2. 사용량은 임상소견과 원인에 따라 결정된다.
Precautions (approved label)
1. 혈액형을 확인하고 변색 및 용혈, 용기 파손 등의 이상 유무를 확인한 후 수혈해야 한다.
2. 간염, 후천성면역결핍증 및 파르보바이러스감염증 같은 바이러스성 질환 등이 초래될 수 있음을 유념해야 한다.

3. 사용 시 30~37℃에서 해동 후 3시간 이내 사용한다. 다만, 해동 후 1~6℃ 보관하는 경우 24시간까지 사용할 수 있다.
