Indications (approved label)
항진된 모세혈관 파열과 투과장애를 수반하는 혈관손상, 당뇨병성모세혈관장애, 당뇨병성망막병증, 정맥기능부전, 혈전후증후군, 말초울혈성부종, 치질
Dosage and administration (approved label)
성인: 도베실레이트칼슘으로서 다음 용량을 경구투여한다.
1. 혈관손상 및 망막병증: 1일 500-1000mg
2. 정맥질환: 1일 750mg을 1-3주간 투여하고 그 후에는 1일 500mg을 투여한다. 식후에 충분한 음료와 함께 투여한다.

Precautions (approved label)
1. 부작용
일시적인 두통, 구역, 피부 알레르기반응이 나타날 수 있다.
2. 일반적 주의
원인불명의 발열이 나타날 경우에는 투여를 중지하고 의사 또는 약사와 상의한다.
3. 임부에 대한 투여
임신 3개월 이전에는 투여하지 않는다.
