위염, 위산과다, 속쓰림, 위십이지장궤양, 역류성 식도염
Dosage and administration (approved label)
1. 위염, 위산과다, 속쓰림
1포를 그대로 복용하거나 음료수(물, 차, 우유)에 넣어 식간(약 식후 1시간)과 취침전 또 는 증세가 발현될 때 복용한다.
평균 1일용량은 1포씩 3-4회
2. 위십이지장궤양, 역류성 식도염

Precautions (approved label)
1. 다음 환자에는 투여하지 말 것
1) 혈청 마그네슘과 알루미늄을 조절할 수 없을 경우, 심한 신장장애자에게 장기간 과량을 투여하지 말 것.
2) 투석요법을 받고 있는 환자

1) 장기연용을 하지 않는다.

2) 신장병의 병력이 있는 환자는 복용전에 의사 또는 약사와 상의한다.
3. 부작용
신기능이 현저하게 저하된 상태에서 본제와 같이 수소이온(H+)과 결합하는 다량의 마그 네슘과 알루미늄을 함유하는 모든 제제는 장기간 복용하면 혈청 마그네슘과 알루미늄을 증가시킨다. 마그네슘 함량에 의해 고용량에서 드물게 연변 또는 묽은 변이 나타난다.
4. 상호작용
본제와의 결합력이 현저한 테트라사이클린, 강심배당체, 아트로핀, 철, 우르소데옥시콜린 산 등과의 동시 복용을 피하고, 이들 약물은 본제 복용 1시간 전후에 복용한다.
