1. 칼슘 결핍증의 예방 및 치료
2. 임산부, 수유부 및 어린이의 칼슘보충
Dosage and administration (approved label)
성인 : 1일 2~3회, 1회 1앰플 복용
어린이 : 1일 1~2회, 1회 1앰플 복용
Precautions (approved label)
1. 다음 환자에는 환자에는 투여하지 말것.
1) 고칼슘 혈증 환자
2) 신결석이 있는 환자
3) 중증 신부전 환자
2. 다음 경우에는 신중히 투여할 것.
: 강심배당제를 투여중인 환자

1) 소화기계 : 식욕부진, 구역 및 구토, 변비, 위통 등의 증상이 나타날 수 있다.
2) 기 타 : 권태, 고칼슘혈증, 신결석 등이 나타날 수 있다.
4. 일반적 주의
1) 장기 투여에 의해 혈증 및 요중 칼슘치가 상승할 수 있으므로 장기 투여할 경우에는 정기적으로 혈증 및 요중 칼슘치를 검사하는 것이 바람직하며 고칼슘혈증이 나타날 경우에는 투여를 중지할 것.
2) 다음 사람은 사용전에 의사 또는 약사와 상의할 것.
: 의사의 치료를 받고 있는 사람
3) 복용시에는 다음 사항에 주의할 것.
: 정해진 용법, 용량을 지킬 것.
소아에 복용시킬 경우에는 보호자의 지도감독하에 복용시킬 것.
4) 복용중 또는 복용후 다음 사항에 주의할 것.
: 이 약의 복용에 의해 변비등의 증상이 나타나는 경우에는 복용을 중지하고 의사 또는 약사와 상의할 것.
일정기간 복용하여도 증상이 개선되지 않으면 의사 또는 약사와 상의할 것.
5. 상호작용
이 약은 테트라싸이클린계 항생제의 흡수를 억제할 수 있으므로 동시에 복용하지 말 것.
6. 보관상의 주의
1) 어린이의 손에 닿지 않는 곳에 보관할 것.
2) 직사일광을 피하고 될 수 있는 대로(습기가 적고) 서늘한 곳에(밀전하여) 보관할 것.
3) 오용을 피하고 품질을 유지하기 위해 다른 용기에 넣지 말 것.
