Indications (approved label)
1. 주효능 효과
다음 질환에서의 기침 :
감기, 상기도염, 급·만성기관지염, 천식성기관지염, 폐결핵, 기관지천식
Dosage and administration (approved label)
성인 : 구연산카르베타펜탄으로서 1일 15-120mg을 2-3회 분할 경구투여한다.
연령, 증상에 따라 적절히 증감한다.
Precautions (approved label)
1. 다음 환자에는 투여하지 말 것.
녹내장 환자
2. 다음 환자에는 신중히 투여할 것.
고령자
3. 부작용
1) 정신신경계 : 때때로 졸음, 불쾌감, 드물게 두통, 두중, 어지러움 등이 나타날 수 있
다.

2) 소화기계 : 때때로 식욕부진, 변비, 구갈 등이 나타날 수 있다.
3) 과민증 : 발진 등이 나타날 경우에는 투여를 중지한다.
4) 기타 : 때때로 요량감소, 드물게 객담배출곤란, 동공조절장애가 나타날 수 있다.
4. 임부에 대한 투여
사람에서의 임신중의 투여에 대한 충분한 경험이 없으므로 임부 또는 임신하고 있을
가능성이 있는 부인에는 투여하지 않는 것이 바람직하다.
5. 수유부에 대한 투여
모유로의 이행이 보고되어 있으므로 투여중에는 수유를 피한다.
6. 고령자에 대한 투여
고령자는 항콜린작용에 의해 변비, 구갈, 동공조절장애 등이 나타나기 쉬우므로 주의
한다.
