Dosage and administration (approved label)
(연고제)(크림제)
1일 1～2회 질환 부위에 적용한다. 권장 용량을 초과하지 않는다.
(첩부제)
적용 전 질환 부위를 청결히 하고 소독한 후 매일 적용한다.
(분말제)
질환 부위에 1일 1～2회 적량 적용한다.
(정제)

○ 성인 : 최초 1일 3회 1회 2정, 유지량으로 1일 3회 1회 1정 식사와 함께 복용한다.
○ 소아(30개월 이상) : 1일 1～3정 복용한다.

이 약의 구성성분인 라놀린과 파라옥시안식향산에 과민반응 환자(마데카솔첨부제에 한함)
2. 다음과 같은 경우 이 약의 사용을 즉각 중지하고 의사, 치과의사, 약사와 상의할 것.
화끈감, 가려움, 습진의 증상이 나타날 경우.
1. 다음과 같은 사람(경우)은 이 약을 사용하지 말 것.
1) 이 약 및 이 약의 구성성분에 과민반응 환자
2) 2차 감염된 상처
2. 다음과 같은 경우 이 약의 사용을 즉각 중지하고 의사, 치과의사, 약사와 상의할 것.
통증, 홍반, 습진 또는 알레르기성 병변이 나타날 경우.
1. 다음과 같은 사람은 이 약을 복용하지 말 것.

수유부(약물이 모유로 이행하는 것에 관한 자료는 없으나 치료 기간 중 수유하는 것은 권장되지 않는다.)
