Indications (approved label)
1. 당뇨병 및 당뇨병 상태시의 에너지 보급
2. 약물중독, 알콜중독
3. 기타 비경구적으로 수분ㆍ에너지 보급을 필요로 하는 경우
4. 주사제의 용해희석제
Dosage and administration (approved label)
○ 성인 : 과당으로서 1회 500∼1000 mL 정맥주사한다.
○ 점적정맥주사 속도는 시간당 0.5 g/체중 kg 이하로 한다.
연령, 증상에 따라 적절히 증감한다.
Precautions (approved label)
1. 경고
앰플주사제는 용기 절단시 유리파편이 혼입되어, 이상반응을 초래할 수 있으므로 사용시 유리파편 혼입이 최소화 될 수 있도록 신중하게 절단 사용하되, 특히 어린이, 노약자 사용시에는 각별히 주의할 것(앰플제에 한함).

2. 다음 환자에는 투여하지 말 것.
1) 유전성 과당불내증 환자
2) 저장성 탈수증 환자
3) 메칠알코올 중독 환자
4) 이 약 및 이 약에 포함된 성분에의 과민반응 환자
3. 다음 환자에는 신중히 투여할 것
1) 요붕증 환자
2) 과당뇨증(fructosuria) 환자
3) 고뇨산혈증 환자
4) 후각과민반응
5) 쇽상태
6) 간ㆍ신질환 환자
4. 이상반응
1) 대량투여로 발한, 홍조가 나타날 수 있다.
2) 대량급속투여에 의해 전해질 상실을 일으킬 수 있으므로 신중히 투여한다.
5. 고령자에 대한 투여
일반적으로 고령자는 생리기능이 저하되어 있으므로 신중히 투여한다.
6. 적용상의 주의
1) 피하대량투여에 의해 혈장으로부터 전해질이 이동해서 순환부전을 초래할 수 있으므로 피하주사하지 않는다.
2) 투여전 : 투여하기 직전에 감염에 대한 주의를 한다(환자의 피부나 기구소독). 한냉기의 경우 체온 정도로 따뜻하게 하여 사용한다. 개봉한 후에는 곧바로 사용하고 잔액은 사용하지 않는다.
3) 투여시 : 천천히 정맥내 투여한다.
7. 보관 및 취급상의 주의사항
포장 내 물방울이 있거나 용액이 착색 또는 혼탁되어 있는 것은 사용하지 않는다.
8. 기타
과당의 대량 급속투여에 의해 젖산산증, 고뇨산혈증, 혈전성정맥염, 흉부나 위부의 불쾌감, 통증이 나타났다는 보고가 있다.
